Cancellation & Appointment Policy

Clear guidelines to ensure reliable service for all clients

At DroSign Notary & Apostille Services, we value your time as much as our own. To ensure we can provide reliable service to all our clients, we have established clear cancellation and appointment policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required

We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to other clients who need our services.

Cancellation Fees

To compensate for scheduled time and travel preparation, the following fees apply:

Late Cancellation Fee

$75

Applies when cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice

No-Show Fee

$100

Applies when clients are not present or available at the scheduled appointment time

Non-Refundable Travel Fees

For mobile notary appointments, any travel fees paid in advance are non-refundable once our notary has departed for your location. This applies even if you cancel before our arrival.

Please ensure all parties are ready and available before confirming your appointment.

Remote Online Notarization (RON) Sessions

RON appointments require technical setup and platform scheduling. The following applies:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled RON session
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $50 fee
  • Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and functioning camera before the appointment

Document Readiness Requirement

All documents must be complete, printed, and ready for signing at the time of your appointment. If documents are not ready:

  • Appointment may need to be rescheduled (fees may apply)
  • Wait time fees may be charged for delays exceeding 15 minutes
  • Travel fees are non-refundable regardless of document status

Rescheduling Your Appointment

We understand that plans change. Rescheduling is easy and free when done properly:

  • Free rescheduling with 24+ hours notice
  • One free reschedule per appointment is permitted
  • Multiple reschedules may incur a $25 administrative fee
