We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to other clients who need our services.
To compensate for scheduled time and travel preparation, the following fees apply:

Applies when clients are not present or available at the scheduled appointment time
For mobile notary appointments, any travel fees paid in advance are non-refundable once our notary has departed for your location. This applies even if you cancel before our arrival.
